The staff and people generally were really helpful. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the local restaurants in Tea Gardens, the cemetery in Tea Gardens and the beach and supermarket. It also was within walking distance of everything.

This venue has some tasty savory dishes and offers a quite secluded location, although it's right next to a cemetery. It's conveniently located beside the country club, and close to the marina as well. 🌊.

Room was clean and everything was in working order.
Directions on how to find it is not clear. Also, the cups were not really clean as you can feel the dried bits around the edges.

Hotel staff not friendly; accused of changing setting on air conditioner; severe water hammer from shower; stiff bed; hard pillows; no weekend room service (fresh towels available upon request); bath towels thin and small; associated restaurant claims to serve traditional Thai food, however the food is anything but...deep fried crab balls are called fish cakes and mamasam beef was basically a chinese stir fry in broth (including carrot, pineapple); a Country Club it is not

Comfortable room with plenty of space, and the bathroom was roomy too.
The mattress was a bit worn and I tended to roll towards my heavier husband.

it is central to to the venue i was attending for the weekend.
it is only small but the small things end up mattering you would need to take your own pillow as the ones that they supplied were like sleeping on a concrete block bed very comfortable and the room very clean and tidy but the pillows were not found it hard to sleep on them normally would take my own but unfortunatley forgot it ended up having to buy one. but other than that enjoyed my stay there prices were reasonable and the location was great

The Food was great, and the service was outstanding. the sunset view is stunning, and the staff is incredibly hospitable with a keen attention to detail. It’s located in an excellent area, just minutes away from delicious eateries and charming cafés, as well as the beach. A fantastic choice for Christmas!

The furniture in our room was very old and dirty. The bed sheets were smelly and the bed wasn't comfortable at all! It was evident that the bed was very old.

We stayed at the Motel for accommodation only as we had a function elsewhere but would have liked to stay there for a rest. We enjoyed all aspects and found the room to be extremely suitable.
